Cleanse and Revive

 Everyone should cold-brew tea.  Fill a pitcher with water, add tea (bags or loose) and leave in fridge overnight.  I had a glass of this with some rose geranium simple syrup and mint while I made dinner tonight.  Then I had a steak and two glasses of red wine for dinner.

 Detox, if only it were this easy.
