Nutella Cake

 Nutella makes everything better, I could eat it on a cat turd....but it's even more delightful when swirled into cake batter.  Sophie was beside herself with joy when we discovered this recipe in "Radically Simple" my new favorite cookbook.

 French Yogurt Cake with Nutella
1 stick unsalted butter
1.5 cups flour
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
large pinch kosher salt
3 extra large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Nutella

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly butter 9"springform pan. Melt butter, set aside to cool. Mix together dry ingredients except sugar in a bowl. Beat eggs/sugar/vanilla for ~3 min til thick using electric mixer.  Add dry mix, yogurt, butter and mix til smooth.
Pour 2/3 batter into the pan.  Add the Nutella to the remaining batter and mix well. Pour atop the plain batter and swirl using knife or rubber spatula.  Bake 40-45 min until just firm.
