Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!

No, not the Korean word for breasts....these are the most delightful citrus fruits that we had the pleasure of enjoying whilst in Korea.  I recently heard a KCRW Good Food episode that described an oversized, wrinkly citrus dubbed the Sumo.  It sounded suspiciously like hallabong, and a little googling proved I was correct.   We bought two at Central Market today to the tune of ~$7.00---not surprising since we typically paid ~ 3,000 won per fruit in Korea unless my coworker, Minju, had her mom send them from Jeju.  Will let you know if they lived up to our expectations.....
