Sophie's comment on the spicy sweet potato fries...Before living in Korea she would have complained, "these are too hot". I modified a recipe I found on food52.
One large sweet potato--I didn't peel mine, cut into sticks
Toss with olive oil and this spice mixture (1 tsp. kosher salt, freshly ground pepper, 1/2 tsp. ground coriander, 1/2 tsp sweet paprika, 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder)
Bake on lightly oiled baking sheet at 425 degrees. Flip after ~15 min and bake an additional 10-15 min until lightly browned.
