Sure, I hate touching raw chicken but it gets easier from there....unless you forget to soak your bamboo skewers and they catch on fire. Do yourself a favor and use chicken thighs; they don't dry out on the grill and the vegetables have time to cook. I used a premade glaze, something I typically avoid.
