This post is for Maddy because I know she would have wanted to be here with us for Easter supper.
This is what zucchini looks like when it is ready for grilling. I sliced into planks with a knife and brushed with olive oil and Greek Seasoning. It's not really from Greece.
This is what it looks like on the grill. The steam rising in the background tells you the grill is hot. You will need to cook both sides.
This is what it should look like after it is done. Make sure you use tongs to take it off the grill because, remember, the grill is hot.
I served it with Tandoori chicken. Turns out, you don't need a Tandoori oven to make Tandoori chicken.
The chicken looks done, but make sure to check because it might not be cooked on the inside. Undercooking chicken is not recommended.
To complete our theme we served flatbread. That should be self explanatory.
There you have it. How to cook an Easter dinner.
