Happy 13th Birthday to Sophie, cupcake creator extraordinaire!
The "fries" are toasted poundcake, the "ketchups" are mini cupcakes baked in souffle cups and frosted with red frosting. Catching up on our cupcake of the month...only 2 months behind now. Sophie is bringing these in to her friends for an actual birthday celebration at lunchtime.
