2012 Chateau Anniche White Bourdeau, $9 (Borvin Beverage), 1st of 3

Interestingly smelled like a Chardonnay despite the Semillon 75% and Sauvignon Blanc 25% varietals.  This is a good table wine.  Light on the nose,  bone dry.  Good as a sipper, tasted better with mozzarella cheese, tomato balsamic vinegar, and tabbouleh salad, best with the Rivoire-Jacquemin Comte Cheese.

Sipped: 3/6 (very good)

With Comte cheese: 3/6 (very good)

Note: If you don't like super-dry whites, this is NOT the wine for you

UPDATE (11/26/14): Drank with thanksgiving dinner preparations.  Bumped up to 3+/6 (very good) - a little less dry, less acidic, crisp and precise.
